Pisang Goreng aka Banana Fritter



My hi-tea for today,banana fritter with a cup of coffee..so yummy!

Simple recepies.
-Banana(i use  "Pisang Tanduk", literally translated as "Horn Banana)
-1cup of Rice Flour
-1tbs Flour
-1/2teaspoon Tumeric powder
-a pinch salt
-2cup of Plain Water.

METHOD:
Add all ingredients (except banana) to form smooth runny batter.
Dip banana in the batter & deep fry until golden.
Serve hot.
